This is a great organization spearheaded by Mary Balmaceda. The group is comprised of a group of intelligent busy moms who are interested in photography. Many are quite accomplished photographers already.
They invite different photographers in the area to speak at their meetings, shedding light on their specific passion/forte. I was there last week. Public speaking is not my thing but if I could offer a few tips I was happy to do.

The Bump
The Bump contacted me to submit some images of a mother and baby. I contacted a client of mine to see if she’d be willing to be interviewed. It was awhile ago as this is Mia Kate and her mom, Eunji, at the time on the left and here is Mia Kate more recently, upper right – and even that was last year. Here it is: In The Bump!
